Colourless to Colourful

A day before the day before
I’d read into your flashy dice
I’d been struck with a coin
I’d been stuck between
Muck and gold and
Caught in the fight
Of black and white
A day after the day after
I’d read into your rainbow eyes
The ancient fight of black and white
Was lost in the frolics of a merry delight
