What Is Story of the Footloose?
Born as a whimsical compendium of writing, letters, songs, and photographs, Story of the Footloose is now a multidisciplinary collaborative practice for creative expression and cultural production. It publishes literary and artistic works, produces performances, and curates events centered on music and the performing arts.

Performances: Music, storytelling, poetry, and interdisciplinary acts in collaboration with other artists.
Publications: Seasonal works of literary and cultural relevance, blending poetry, photography, art, and essay.
Community: A gathering point for artists, thinkers, and wanderers who believe in culture as a living process.

About the steward
SOTF is founded and guided by Prashant Nawani; a poet, thinker, guitarist, and singer. He is the frontman of the progressive rock band Rivermind. At Story of the Footloose, he shares stories, songs, and reflections, serving as the principal storyteller and myth-maker in residence.
